The Lodge at Pike Point Resort
The real up north feeling is found in this great log building. The open log beam ceilings reflect the beauty of the natural wood that you find throughout. Windows surround the lodge so that your view of the lake is never obstructed, but enjoyed from every angle.
The building was built in 1939 and has the original furnishings with handcrafted chairs and beautiful tables made from wood harvested from the original property. It’s the perfect place to feel like you stepped back in time and a place to look forward to at days end to reflect on your great fishing experience here on Gull Lake.
The center of attention is the tremendous lake rock fireplace built so many years ago from rock/stone from the Gull Lake area. It is magnificent to look at and yet you can enjoy those cooler nights with the warm glow from the fire. It extends from the floor right to the peak of the log ceiling. The wood box was built perfect for stocking the burning pieces.
The lodge also has the game room with a pool table, MS Pac Man, Astroid, air hockey and plenty of games and puzzles. It is furnished with pizza ovens for fresh hot Heggie’s Pizza to eat in the lodge or take back to your cabin. Sunday afternoons are not exempt from enjoying our Paul Bunyan size scoops of specialty ice cream. You will love to spend time in the store shopping for clothes for kids and adults right inside.
This is also the place to experience our weekly fish fry potluck, kids arts and crafts, and many more great activities that you and your family will remember for years to come!
