Resort Guest Policies

In full appreciation of your continued patronage, we endeavor to make your stay with us a pleasant one, with the hope that you will always make these cabins your home in the north woods on Gull Lake.

For the benefit and comfort of all of our guests, we ask for your cooperation in helping protect our environment with the following:

  • Please do not dispose of grease, coffee grounds, or any other heavy refuse in the kitchen sink drain or the bathroom stool.
  • We provide bio-degradable toilet tissue made especially for septic systems.  Please use only the tissue we provide for our toilets.
  • Please help us recycle only aluminum cans, plastic bags and newspapers by separating them into the containers provided.  You can ask for additional trash bags at the lodge.
  • Please bag or wrap all other garbage, including any other paper items other than newspaper, to keep our garbage cans clean and sanitary.  Please take your garbage out to our large metal container. Again, we provide trash bags.
  • Clean all fish in the fish cleaning house only.  Under no circumstances are you to clean fish in your cabin.  We provide free fish packing and storage at the lodge.
  • We have some extra pots, pans, roasters and such up at the lodge.  Please feel free to ask for something you need.
  • All of our guests are expected to wash all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and any items used in the kitchen before checking out.  If you need dish soap or scrubber to clean up, please ask at the lodge.
  • Out check out time is 10:00 am. Please vacate your cabin by that time unless you have made prior arrangements with either Mandy or Bruce.  If you had asked for a cabin key upon arriving, it should be left on the kitchen table or returned to the lodge when you check out.
  • Please settle your final charges to your bill the evening prior to the day you depart if possible.
  • No jet skis are allowed
  • PETS-No cats.  Charge is $15.00 per day per dog. Dogs are permitted under 30 lbs ,leashed at all times, walked to designated potty areas, feces bagged and disposed of, house broken, must be crated when leaving alone in the cabin, excessive barking will not be tolerated, prior approval at time of reservation. Local kennels are available if needed.
  • Look kindly on this cabin as your ‘home away from home’.  If there is anything we can do to make your stay any more comfortable and enjoyable, please come to the lodge and let us know.  Your vacation is our business and we sincerely hope you enjoy your time at our resort!!
